Returns
Our Returns & Exchanges Policy applies to unwanted or faulty items.
All items are quality checked prior to dispatch but on the rare occasion that you receive a faulty product or an item that wasn’t quite what you expected, you can return it to us and request an exchange by following our simple returns process below:
- Get in touch with us by completing our online Returns Form below within 5 days of receiving your product.
- A member of our Customer Care team will respond to you within 24-hours after receiving your Returns Form with instructions for your exchange. Please note we do not offer refunds at this time. We offer an exchanges-only policy.
- Please package your product(s) securely in the original box and return your package to us at the returns address provided by our Customer Care team within 7-days from the date you completed our online Returns Form. Please note, we only offer free shipping at this time. Return shipping fees are to be covered by you at the time of booking your return.
- All goods are inspected on return and shall be exchanged in accordance with your request provided the item is unworn, undamaged and has the original tags attached. We shall send you a dispatch email once your new product has been shipped. If the replacement item you have selected is out of stock, we shall notify you and kindly request an alternative product is selected.
